Silimela Innovations is a business focussed on the commercialisation of science, research and technology, with an underlying ethos of waste reduction and/or beneficiation. Drawing from the personal philosophy of its CEO and founder, Silimela Innovations looks to affirm humanity (and by extension, the dignity) of others - bringing into mainstream research indigenous knowledge systems and social constructs. Silimela Innovations is setting up a hydroponic farm in Cape Town, producing high-end crops. Our company values innovation, and thus seek staff who have a keen interest in research, process optimisation and developing new ways of growing produce with greater yields.
