Since its establishment, SDE envisages to provide the best of itself for the unprivileged members of the society in a conviction that they can be self dependent. To realize its vision, the organization implements various projects through a fund mobilized mainly from Belgium, from a great circle of people, professionals and volunteers. Siddartha Development Ethiopia is actively working towards improving the socio-economic condition of Street children, Homeless people, Elderly, Women headed families, Children (Orphaned) living with HIV/AIDS, Vulnerable children, Adolescents and Youths. SDE, in its effort to address the problem of unprivileged section of the community, provides different services and achieved considerable results in the last 22 years. The vision of Siddartha is " To see the marginalized section of the community in Ethiopia being self dependent and living a healthy life".
