Overview
SIA-Africa is a social enterprise NGO, advocating for sustainable investments for Africa. Our mission is to turn ideas into opportunities by matching needs with resources. Our vision is to inspire thoughtful leaders and innovators, who are committed to making a difference in Africa, and developing sustainable partnerships. This is essential in facilitating the delivery of resources. Our goal is to highlight impact infrastructure investments in sustainable electric energy, technology and its domino effects, leading to: a) Access to quality education & developing strong institutions b) Access to quality healthcare c) The development of a strong private sector d) Developing well planned and designed secured cities that will lead to economic growth SIA-Africa members connect and collaborate year-round directly or virtually, to address challenges or develop a strategic approach. Each pillar contains a number of stand-alone opportunities that bring members together to share knowledge, develop new action plans and support work that is already underway. Our five pillars contain small subgroups of members that work on specific, ongoing topics. 1. The Education & Governance Foundation 2. Technology & Economic Development Corporation 3. The OK Healthcare Fund 4. Sustainable City Development Institute 5. The Chairman's Center for Ethical Policy Reforms & Special Initiatives
