The Shoe Aid Project is a shoe recycling and shoe donation program where shoes are collected in well developed countries, and freely distributed to children and families in Cameroon and other African countries to enhance development standards. HOW TO TAKE ACTION: Donate Shoes: Companies, schools, fitness studios & gyms, sports clubs and events, churches and private persons can ALL take part in the project by donating gently worn shoes. This could be new or second handed. Donate Money: Your financial support and donations will assist us to cover rents of the warehouses and transportation fee both at the local and international level. Companies and private persons recieve a donation tax-exempt certificate upon every donation. Donate Time: We constantly need volunteers to asssit us with picking, cleaning, and packing shoes. The organisation has as objective to promote development and alleviate poverty in rural areas of Cameroon and promote intercultural relationships and dialogues in Europe!
