The Shine Initiative MA raises awareness about mental wellness, especially for young people. We shine a light on mental health for youth by engaging with high school and middle school students and creating supportive peer-led groups in schools, called Student Wellness Advisory Teams (SWATs). We provide training to school professionals and other groups who engage regularly with youth, and can also provide Mental Health First Aid training.
