Sheppard Developments specialise in property development and development management of mixed-use projects across the UK. We work with a range of national occupiers, professional advisors and land owners to deliver high quality, functional and sustainable developments. We pride ourselves on our professional and flexible approach in bringing complex developments from conception through to successful delivery. Sheppard Developments have delivered projects with a combined development value in excess of £20m in addition to the current pipeline of projects with a GDV of circa £18m. Focussing on design, function and sustainability; our aim is to deliver the highest quality end product that will enhance the local area. In doing so, we look to work closely with all key stakeholders throughout the process to address issues that may arise to ensure that the project is delivered on time.
