With 30+ years of experience leading, coaching and developing individuals and teams in the CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Professional Services industries, my expertise is helping clients navigate business and leadership challenges at different stages of their growth lifecycle, identifying a range of possibilities to explore and bridge those ideas to execution. My deep commercial experience allows me to bring a holistic perspective on problem-solving and opportunity-vetting for my clients and businesses. Additionally, I work with high-performers to reach even greater success as they engage with new opportunities for growth, at both a professional and organizational level. As a coach who’s navigated the same situations my clients have faced, I bring an empathetic outside-in perspective to my client relationships – one based on real-world experience, rather than theories and textbooks. As such, I'm better able to coach and advise my clients on their most pressing challenges and opportunities. Growth Mindset and Bias for Action: I like to work with commercial leaders and teams who have a growth mindset and a sense of urgency, but are challenged with what’s next. Usually these clients are experiencing external market disruptors or internal challenges that are inhibiting progress. Often, their culture is lacking the customer-centricity needed to fire growth and inspire their organization. They are looking for answers. In the simplest sense, the value I provide is helping these clients move forward to make smarter, faster, better decisions. While each engagement is tailored to address individual client needs, my approach is always pragmatic and collaborative – bringing a combination of strategic and analytic thinking, outside-in perspective, and customer-centric focus to the partnership.
