We encourage shame-attacking, stigma-free conversations around sexual and menstrual health and well-being to promote the holistic well-being of individuals. Sexual health is health and we strongly believe in that. It is only when we have enough, accurate information about our bodies, choices, and consent that we can truly make informed, empowering decisions and that is the basic ideology behind why we do what we do.
