Overview

Welcome to SEQUEST SEQUEST is made up of volunteers with backgrounds from frontline emergency services, amateur and commercial radio experience who provide home & mobile radio monitoring services on the citizen band & maritime radio networks who respond to calls related to emergency and safety of life-related from members of the public and relaying those calls and information to the required service. We have 4 home base stations located at Goodna, Bribie Island, Jimboomba, Rockhampton. We also provide vital communications to the public before, during, and after following significant emergencies and disasters that occur in our communities on our social media pages. We also provide vital safety services consisting of AIS stations, land & water trip logging services to ensure those who go out come home safely. Our education services are provided by our volunteers who are trained with various backgrounds from commercial and emergency service radio knowledge with the main aim of teaching correct procedures and skills.
