Overview
We all know the negative effect from food poisoning. Food companies have to keep the level of living bacteria below a certain threshold. That is a problem for them because measuring living bacteria takes 2-3 days. Sensip-dx measures this in only 15 minutes: presence, strain specific and concentration. This will optimize total food supply chain from farmer to fork, saving a lot of costs, AND reducing food waste. Fast bacteria detection also brings value during processing, fermentation and probiotics production. Sensip-dx is built on mature patented technologies and we will have our first product in the market in 2024.
