Initially a Field Sales Agency, SSI transitioned to TeleSales over half a decade ago. We found the most scale-able model with our first call center in Denver, CO, and have expanded to 6 other call centers since. 2020 has been a burgeoning year for growth, as we are looking to open multiple other centers to help agents find lasting success.
