STHS founder Peter Schlunegger, a fourth generation Swiss Mountain Guide, introduced helicopter skiing to the Revelstoke area and the Selkirk Mountains in 1978. In the years to follow, he would see his vision develop into a successful reality. Our diverse staff have been brought together for their love of snow, mountains, and sharing this joy with others.
