We are a family Winery with first and second generation working hand to hand to reveal the true expression of the Patagonian terroir. Patagonia is the place that perfectly embodies the spirit of untouched, exciting, newness that Argentinian wine represents. It is a cool climate region, with intense sunlight, great availability of pure water from the Andes mountains and strong winds. The region’s emblematic grape is Pinot Noir, and has gained the experts recognition on their stylish Malbecs. The first generation of Secreto Patagónico are the explorers, one of the founders of “San Patricio del Chañar Valley” and the seekers for uniqueness. It is thanks to them that our vineyard is located in the highest part of the valley with a winery design by gravity so as to respect the integrity of our grapes in all the process. The second generation have been working on the knowledge of the terroir, and introducing technology. They have mapped the vineyard with drones to track every grape from the vines to the bottle so as to define 3 wine lines: - REBEL; fresh, sharp and fruity unoaked wines. - CLASSIC; elegant, balance and fruity wines aged in French oak barrels. - RESERVA; complex, fine and fruity wines with 100% of the wine being produced in French oak barrels. In the last years, Secreto Patagonico wines have all been scored +90 points.
