Seattle Cascades is a professional ultimate team with a womxn's roster that competes in the Western Ultimate League (WUL) and an open roster in the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL). We play 10+ home games in March - July, and our home venue is Seattle Memorial Stadium, under the Space Needle!
