Helping you to say goodbye to multiple spreadsheets, making everyone’s life a lot easier. • Absence Management – advising companies how to support employees who are on long term sick or have short term sickness that is impacting on the business. • Performance Management – guiding companies to deal with poor performers the proper way, reducing litigation risks by following procedures. • Discipline and Grievance – can provide one off support to companies chairing disciplinary hearings to ensure compliance with process and to coach managers in the decision-making process. • Recruitment and Selection – providing solutions to companies to attract and retain the best talent through innovative approaches to recruitment and selection. • Training and Development – facilitate training for managers to help manage attendance, discipline, grievance, conducting investigations and handling difficult conversations.
