Established SBHR in July 2018, to help support and advise small to medium sized enterprises to ensure businesses are protected and compliant with all areas of employment legislation. Offering a range of services specifically tailored to the company needs. SBHR works with companies to understand their business plan, identifying solutions to help achieve that plan and getting the very best from people to enable business success and growth. Services include (but not limited to): • Fixed Fee assignments to ensure companies have the correct HR documentation in place such as contracts of employment, HR policies, procedures, bespoke employee handbooks and GDPR privacy notices. • HR Software (retainer packages available) – SBHR can implement BreatheHR, a cloud-based HR system to record employee related data, track and monitor sickness absence and automate the holiday booking process. Helping you to say goodbye to multiple spreadsheets, making everyone’s life a lot easier. • Absence Management – advising companies how to support employees who are on long term sick or have short term sickness that is impacting on the business. • Performance Management – guiding companies to deal with poor performers the proper way, reducing litigation risks by following procedures. • Discipline and Grievance – can provide one off support to companies chairing disciplinary hearings to ensure compliance with process and to coach managers in the decision-making process. • Recruitment and Selection – providing solutions to companies to attract and retain the best talent through innovative approaches to recruitment and selection. • Training and Development – facilitate training for managers to help manage attendance, discipline, grievance, conducting investigations and handling difficult conversations.
