Overview

The South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business (SCJILB) is a student-run, student-edited semiannual publication of the University of South Carolina School of Law. First published in 2003, SCJILB actively seeks and selects article submissions from scholars and practitioners on a wide range of topics in public and private international law for publication. The Journal’s substantive focus provides for a framework to publish scholarly articles that analyze global economic and social flows that affect the world. Additionally, SCJILB publishes select student-written notes and comments of scholarly length and quality. SCJILB seeks further engagement with professionals and scholars across disciplines through its biennial symposia, cooperation with foreign universities, and interaction with the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
