Overview

Schage belongs to Norwegian group of enterprises managed by the Schage family. In Lithuania this enterprise runs since 1998. During this period the projects of an ensemble of administrative buildings, reconstructed in the former Monestry in Subačiaus street, an office building in Vytenio street, the residential complex in the old town of Vilnius traffic-go-round of Mykalojus, residential buildings in Žvėrynas, Latvių street and others were realised. Quadrum Business City is newest office ensemble in Vilnius, in Konstitucijos avenue. Quadrum, is ambitious project of impressive size, the design of which has been based on the newest architectural trends, is likely to become the new “capital city” of business. It is a business city within the city, which will ensure the visibility of the companies it will house allowing them to develop their activities in a particularly convenient and business- and people-friendly environment. The parent enterprise has developed and presented several class A projects of offices in Norway, such as “Skoyen Atrium” in Oslo (40,000 sq. meters), “Skoyen Atrium III” (25,000 sq. meters), “Helsfyr Atrium” (38,000 sq. meters). Also the project of offices in Kristiansand (70,000 sq. meters).
