Scaled makes it easier and cheaper to manage shift work. Using data and technology to automate much of the scheduling and shift management process, it enables hirers to reduce their administration, and minimises the reliance on agencies, contract recruiters and job boards. It does this by making it simple to allocate shift work both to in-house teams and, where additional staff are needed, either to members of our own central pool or to our clients' selected recruitment partners. We work with companies that deploy large numbers of shift workers across multiple locations - providing the tools, visibility and insight to be able to reduce cost, improve efficiency and integrate hiring policies, rules and reporting automatically. Our standard mobile apps are also available for SMEs and workers for free.
