‘Savvy Fasteners’ are importers of thread bar, nut, bolts, Scaffolding, Form Work and Light Engineering Goods. Savvy Fasteners are greatly leveraged by a sophisticated manufacturing unit in India with hi-tech machines and equipment that operate at maximum installed capacity for large scale production. The Manufacturing plant spreads over the area of 25,000 sq meter includes Fabrication Floor having Fully Automatic Welding SPM’S, Press Floor with 200 Ton Power Presses, Pipe Cutting Machines from Taiwan, Quality Lab having UTM (Capacity 400 KN), Weld Penetration Test Equipment, Hardness Tester, Coat Measuring Instruments etc. Every component is manufactured as per the Process Manual. Inspection Reports are prepared at various stages like during incoming of raw material, in process and final inspection before dispatch.
