He has twice been recognized as Most Fabulous Training & Development Leaders (2020 & 2021) by the World HRD Congress. Hormazd is also a Certified ROI Professional for the ROI Institute®. He has delivered over 25,000 hours of training on various topics including but not limited to technical, leadership, soft skills, customer service, behavioral training, etc. with successful outcomes.
