Provides project management and consultancy services at Energy, Refinery, Stroge and Distrubition Facilities, Industrial Buildings, Marine Facilities & Jetties SARISU PROJECT CONSULTANCY's mission is to design, build, manage and deliver safe, high-quality and costeffective construction projects on schedule for our Clients by providing professional consultancy and project management service at the construction projects in Turkey. Services: 1) Design Management SARISU PROJE DANISMANLIK determines the project requirements together with the needs determined by the Client and manages the design processes within budget, work schedule and quality. SARISU carefully examines the designs made by project designers and aims to reduce costs. 2) Permission and Licensing Process Management Consultancy The licensing and permission obtaining processes which depend on the legislations in our country must be planned and managed correctly. If the chronological order of the licensing and permission processes or establishment for the permission and license is to be obtained are known, it will be easier to realize investments within due time in accordance with the legislation. SARISU ; prepares the “Licensing Processes Management Plan” and manages the process in accordance with this plan, and then obtains all of the licenses and permissions for the construction and operation phases before the activities start. 3) Technical Consultancy Services SARISU , examines the new and/or revision of projects at Energy, Marine and Oil&Gas Industry and provides technical consultancy services in terms of legislation, standards, technical specifications, projects, construction techniques and other civil engineering issues in line with Client requests. SARISU recognizes constructability as an essential planning methodology that can significantly increase the probability of success in meeting safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives when developed and implemented.
