Overview

The Statistics, Auditing, and Financial Corporation (SAFCorp) is a Student Enterprise (SE) at the African Leadership Academy (ALA) that provides professional financial services to the ALA Community. Our services include Student Enterprise Organizational Audits, financial advisory, and handling the ALA cashless system in collaboration with Student Enterprise Program(SEP). SAFCorp consistently seeks to enhance its service delivery driven by an aim to equip our clients with critical financial management skills to help their enterprises thrive. VISION: The Statistics Auditing and Financial Corporation (SAFCorp) envisions a financially literate Africa that incorporates technology into the effective and transparent management of finances both at personal and at business levels. MISSION: To promote the highest standards of value-driven, ethical business, and individual practices by providing Auditing, Accountancy, financial advisory, and financial Literacy services for members of the African Leadership Academy community and beyond. Within the Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) SE ecosystem, SAFCorp has leveraged its core values of Teamwork, Innovation, Creativity, and Accountability (TICA) to provide standard audits for all student enterprises. As an auditing firm, we study/review records, finances, and activities of enterprises to assess the efficiency of their systems, measure the growth of the enterprise, and guarantee compliance with operational procedures as enshrined in the Student Enterprise Program (SEP) Policy. Previously, we facilitated the growth of SEs in the school through a corporate finance curriculum.
