Saarathee was established in 2018 with an aim to transform Disability Inclusion in Corporate India. Saarathee started as a BPO which hired only Persons with Disabilities to establish a business case for disability inclusion. We have built ourselves into a technology-native organization via an Integrated Disability Inclusion web-based platform that seeks to bridge the gap of skills and talent amongst Persons with Disabilities and Employers. We are aiming to transform the Future of Work!
