Launched in 2006, Saal’s management team combined their previous experience in launching and managing Football Café & Roma Café to launch many more F&B businesses, such as Buffalo Burger, as well as several other restaurants in Egypt and the United States. The key vision for Saal’s restaurants is to demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. This goal is fulfilled by merging the use of high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design -features that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining, with accessible and affordable meals that are prepared and served in a timely manner. Thus competing in a category of dining now called "fast-casual," the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants, coupled with the speed and convenience of fast food. With over 20 restaurants and many franchisers, Saal’s secret to success lies in ensuring our core values are maintained, from ensuring the quality of all our outputs, continuous market research on ways to improve, and having a diverse team of employees to always enhance our work, Saal has been able to ensure that all stakeholders (from customers to shareholders) leave our establishments with a smile on their faces.
