We are committed to offering employers and students world class online e-learning short courses on all aspects of labour relations and employment law. Our seamless e-learning platform enables e-course delegates to acquire valuable labour relations and employment law knowledge, skills and competencies which can be immediately applied in the workplace. All-e-course content has been compiled by leading labour consultant Tony Healy, who has in excess of 35-years’ experience in corporate labour relations, as well as vast experience in representing parties at the CCMA and Bargaining Council across the country. Tony also regularly appears on national television and radio as a recognised leading expert on SA labour relations and employment law. All e-courses incorporate challenging assessments at the end of each module, requiring delegates to achieve an 80% pass rate before progressing to the following module. On completion of each e-course, delegates are able to print their own certificate of successful completion to commemorate their achievement. All e-courses are continuously updated by Tony to ensure that all legislative amendments and evolving new case law remain current.
