Manufacturing Facilities Bleached Cotton Facility Our Bleaching plant is setup in the province of Punjab, heart of the textile activity in Pakistan. This helps in quick supply of materials from the industries in the area. Production of Bleached Absorbent Cotton was started in a purpose built premises with special attention to efficiency and economy of production for a quality product that meets with the internationally required specifications.Our plant is spread over 15 acres of land with the buildings purpose built keeping in view the requirements of a modern bleaching plant. Special attention has been given to the smooth flow of the process for production according to internationally required specifications. This also brings in economy of production which will help offer at most competitive rates and timely deliveries. To keep in line with the developments and improvements in the production process, we continue to upgrade our facility according to the trends in the industry. We have recently upgraded our bleaching facility to further enhance our manufacturing process. This results in smooth process from procurement to delivery while maintaining high quality standards and conserving energy for the environment. This upgrade improves the quality of the products which brings more advantage to the customers. Textile Made-ups Facility S.Fazalilahi & Sons (Pvt) Ltd Karachi has its Textile Made-ups manufacturing plant located in the port city of Karachi. We use state of the art technology in making each of our products. Our plant is setup to meet production goals and quality requirements of our customers. We are setup for ontime deliveries of the orders and to ensure continuity, we have setup in-house power generation facility. Here we produce wide range of products including variety of mops and other cleaning products such as Cotton Dusters, Terry Cloths, Shop Towels, Rags, Stockinette etc. With this wealth of experience you can be assured that our products will be delivered punctually and in optimum condition ready for your consequent production lines in what ever part they are required by you.
