We focus primarily on the mid-market both publicly traded as well as private equity backed portfolio companies. For smaller companies in this range, they are likely private equity backed and the sponsor is looking to invest in leadership to help deliver the investment thesis. We aim to provide a truly bespoke approach for every client maximizing our refined and tested go-to-market talent processes. We are uniquely positioned to provide deep advisory services due to our blend of executive line experience leading and growing similarly sized organizations, and our success servicing clients in an advisory capacity.
