RS Wealth is a property development company, specialising in designing and obtaining planning permission for properties in London and within the M25 region. We work with property owners to help unlock the value in their sites and therefore are keen to work on sites without planning permission. Our core focus is freehold sites with unused land space, side and back garden spaces, infill plots, corner plots, commercial properties, bungalows, properties with lapsed or rejected planning, properties with only pre-planning application and many more. Our process is thorough and professional, and has successfully been done so over the years. We welcome partnerships with landowners, local authorities and other public sector bodies. We will spend the time and cover all the costs to get the planning secured. We like to share the uplift in value with landowners we work with, so they are getting a better deal. We are actively keen on growing our portfolio and helping landowners maximise the values in their property, which has also helped to speed up sales of properties.
