The Rotman Negotiation Club’s mission is to create a conducive environment for the students of Rotman to enhance their negotiation skills, which is a key trait to have as they further their careers en route to become future leaders. The RNC is focused on providing members exposure and experience on an essential skill: negotiations! 3 Reasons to Join: Learn the art and science of negotiations for industry and personal life Refine your negotiation chops through sophisticated exercises and competition Relax from the MBA grind while being productive The Club has laid emphasis on transitioning full-scale to a skill development club to nurture skilled negotiators for business transactions and complex international dealings embodying Rotman’s integrative thinking. Members will get the opportunity to supplement, and further enhance, the negotiation skills they gain during their core courses within the controlled environment of the Rotman student community. Through diverse industry guest speakers, workshops and competitions, members will further develop strategies to become skilled leaders and attain successful outcomes in negotiations. Intrigued?
