Sustainability is woven into our organisation's DNA from our packaging materials, the we inks use, and even where our website is hosted. Yet Suzanne firmly believes that sustainability does not need to come at the expense of great design. She is equally passionate about great design, and she has brought that passion to global brands such as Starbucks, Nike, Jamba Juice, and Nordstrom. Kinsen Siu is Rooland’s Managing Director. His most substantive experience was at Lafayette 148 where he helped grow his family’s fashion business into an international label. His commercial experience includes retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and operations at scale. He sees companies as stewards within a community and that corporations can grow profitably while being responsible stakeholders.
