Greg Moran, as principal, has directed over 35 single-tenant development projects over the past 5 years in 12 states in the US and Ontario, Canada for national brand clients including Sprout's Farmers Market, Verizon Wireless, Walmart Neighborhood Markets, 7-Eleven Stores, Office Depot, Dollar General, Family Dollar, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, Applebee's, Chipotle and FedEx Ground. Greg’s extensive experience with large-scale retail and mixed-used project development started in 1998. His national retailer and restaurant projects across 17 US states and Canada are the result of 14 years as a national retail broker and 18 years creating high-profile developments while at Weingarten Realty, Miller/Weingarten Realty and MVG/Confluent Development.
