Overview

We are an outpatient practice that consist of therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. We offer services via telehealth to anyone in the state of Indiana. We are a compassionate group that are striving to help clients that are suffering with mental illness and addiction. We provide medication assisted treatment including vivitrol, sublocade and suboxone. We treat each client with individualized care and believe that clients need a holistic approach. We work with clients to treat the underlying mental health concerns along with any overt addiction problems that impede their ability to function at their highest level.
