RINAIBRA is a maintenance communication system with a focus on students and the residence maintenance administrator. We offer tracking of residence maintenance issues on the platform and a convenient communication system between the administrator and the students of the residence. When a maintenance issue is added onto our platform its status changes from seen to in progress to fixed throughout the whole maintenance process. In addition, the platform provides a way to receive maintenance feedback on repair jobs and will offer data analytics and the generation of periodic reports. The platform provides real-time insights on maintenance issues that persist in the residences. Allowing the client to save money on maintenance while also leading to new alternative solutions to unsuspected maintenance problems. RINAIBRA promotes accountability within residence maintenance systems.
