Overview

The current body of law on the secondary market doesn’t allow companies and startups to get the funding from international investors effectively, due to jurisdictional differences. Moreover, small and medium investors can’t enter the IPOs or Private Sales, getting the best stock price because they are not accredited and don’t comply with H.R.1585 SEC bill, which states that your net worth should exceed $1M. That means, we have hundreds of underfunded companies and thousands of small and medium investors who want to buy primary or secondary stocks, but simply they can’t cooperate with each other. Such issues push companies and investors back: - Due to Jurisdictional differences, International Investors can’t buy non-domestic stocks easily and have to open brokerage accounts abroad. - Inability to participate in IPOs or Private Sales because small and medium investors are not accredited. Small Liquidity Levels on the Secondary Market don’t allow selling secondary stocks immediately. To eliminate the problems described above, the Rina Solutions develops 2 main products: The Rina Investment Platform will tokenize the assets of the companies and startups internationally and move them to the NEM Blockchain. Every equity token will be backed up with one real stock that was issued by the company. Moreover, the token holder will have the same rights to participate in shareholders’ meetings, make the important decisions and other. The platform plays the role of a transfer agent for the company and investor providing the protection at the legislative level for both parties. Platform’s legal model will be approved by SEC, CSRC, FSCEY and other regulators. The Rina Secondary Exchange will make all tokenized stocks available for trading. Companies which tokenized their stocks will be exclusively listed on the Rina Exchange and won’t be able to list them on any other exchanges. It will force retailers to trade solely in one place, ensuring a high liquidity level.
