Overview

Riley Area Development Corporation is a non-profit community development corporation that has used urban affordable housing to create street level retail spaces in and near downtown Indianapolis since 1979. Riley has constructed four mixed use affordable housing projects with over 40,000 SF of retail space and 323 units of housing. Riley is a partner in the Ruckus makerspace coming to Indianapolis in late 2015.
