This is done through gamified and unregulated training that gives employees useful and practical knowledge for their personal development and that of their environment. With an intuitive, modern, and sociable app, this vision becomes a reality through companies, turning them into learning communities. The app creates a virtuous circle in which: (i) The company cares about the well-being and development of its employees and invests in useful, practical training, showcasing the values of the SDGs that they want to highlight.
