Overview

Every workplace needs a dyslexic or ten. Problem solver. Lateral Emotionally intelligent. Creative. Intuitive. Empathic. People with dyslexia have the kind of strengths that help an organisation be more dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking. All it takes, with the help of HR and DEI, is the support our workplace programs provide. That’s the advantage of doing things differently. We believe in leading the change, disrupting the norm and celebrating the differences. An international award-winning neurodivergent women-led social enterprise here to create inclusive environments that enable adults with dyslexia to live healthier, happier and more connected lives. Clients rave about work, developed and delivered by our team with a lived experience of dyslexia and other neurodivergence. It is grounded in and informed by evidence-based Australian first research conducted by us in partnership with La Trobe University. The services we provide include: - Dyslexia screening services - Programs for young people and adults with dyslexia and other neurodivergence - Secondary school programs - Workplace programs including utilising Job Access funding - re:think NeuroInclusion Program - Research with La Trobe University re:think dyslexia is proud to partner with the Dear Dyslexic Foundation (DDF). DDF is a dyslexic-led grass-roots charity founded seven years ago by Shae. Its vision was and is to empower people with dyslexia to reach their full potential. DDF undertakes advocacy work and in time will provide funding support through the Meerkat Fund set up in honour of Shae’s mum who, as a School Principal, educator and parent of dyslexic children, was a fierce advocate and leader for improving outcomes for those with dyslexia. Vicky is now DDF’s Dyslexia Champion, and the fund has been set up for families and individuals to access assessments, early interventions, and educational assistance.
