Overview

We are a residential investment company based in Athens, Greece that was created in order to be part of a new generation of home investors, designers and builders in Greece. We aim to play a role in the regeneration of existing homes and the development of new ones, while providing economic prosperity to our stakeholders. We are doing this by bringing more than a decade of international real estate experience in leading investment and consultant institutions. We believe in creating living spaces, catered to contemporary needs and we focus on functional areas, high quality materials and technology when it can enhance living, while we acknowledge the pressing issues of sustainability and affordability. Current and past projects include renovations in apartments in Kolonaki, Vouliagmeni and Glyfada.
