In addition to consulting, we are a licensed Certified Public Accounting Firm (CPA) in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. We also service several clients in the New York City and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas. We provide consulting services and resources to finance and IT organizations. We perform independent audits, Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control implementations and monitoring, internal audits, Cybersecurity and IT control audits, Service Organization Control audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3), for small, mid sized and large businesses, governmental, non-profits and service organizations.
