Employers post jobs for free, users (everyone – you, me, and possibly your mom!) refer family, friends, colleagues, and other peers with a few clicks. Our algorithms anonymize all profiles and sort by relevance to the job referred to. Employers choose how much they are willing to pay for hiring the perfect candidate introduced by a referrer - and in order to get access to the profile, they use secure escrows that only get encashed to the referrer if the referral is hired. Simple!
