Our Founder and CEO, Les Smith, has been working in the Telecommunication industry for 42 years, and has been a pioneer in the field, most notably writing an article essential to establishing fiber optic construction best practices that shaped industry standards internationally in 1993, and has been at the fore of industry technology and innovation ever since. RTS has been engineering, constructing, and maintaining the high speed internet and telecommunication infrastructure in Florida, and beyond since 2001.
