Redroaster is an environmentally-responsible hospitality group which brings together the best of eco-conscious design and sustainable architecture, together with extraordinary comfort and delicious sustainable food. Our theory is that a new luxury is emerging based on what is now missing in everyday life: nature, sustainability and good health. We operate some of Brighton's most popular restaurants, we share our profits with social projects in Rwanda and the UK and our goal is to grow our portfolio, to help the communities we work with reach self-sufficiency and to become Brightons leading hospitality employer.
