Red Oak Succession Capital is a fund set up by entrepreneur Kuba Soltysiak to acquire, operate, and grow a single mid-market business. Having an entrepreneurial background and a track record helping small and mid-size businesses grow in management consulting and private equity roles, I am well-positioned to provide a succession plan for an entrepreneur or owner-operator seeking retirement and a financial exit from their business. My plan is to devote 100% of my time and effort to leading the acquired company, ensuring continuity for employees, partners, and the brand, and helping maximize its potential for the long-term. Red Oak is backed by a group of high net worth entrepreneurs who have successfully grown small and mid-size businesses, and have extensive track records investing in them and backing new leaders. Having experience closing multiple such transactions myself as well, I can move efficiently to completing a transaction that is suited to the entrepreneur's needs and ensures an attractive financial exit.
