The Recruitment Apprenticeship is an 8 week structured training program for a career in recruitment. Apprentices will undertake a program made up of online learning, theoretical classroom based training and on the floor experience in a recruitment consultancy. Our Apprenticesl earn a nationally recognised Certificate 3 in Recruitment Practice. Recruitment Apprentice has been developed by a team of industry leaders with a passion for building great talent. The recruitment industry as a whole suffers from one common crisis - extremely high turnover rates. The average turnover rate is 45% which means that 45% of all new recruiters leave within 12 months – almost half. In some agencies, the attrition rate is as high as 70%. This turnover is even greater than the notoriously high hospitality industry, sitting at around 31%. Unlike the legal, accountancy or other profession, our industry is unregulated i.e. to become a recruiter no formal qualifications are required. Our goal is to attract high calibre candidates to our industry and to train them to be the best recruiters, ready to go into business and succeed, becoming top billers and ethical recruitment professionals.
