We develop asset enhancement and growth management plans to increase rent, sale, conversion and operational potential of multiple types of properties. We manage the real estate and infrastructure improvements to grow the asset value, after repair value and achieve green ratings. We use sophisticated market research and software systems to identify undervalued, dormant and asset enhanceable real estate opportunities for a savvy investor, to acquire a diverse portfolio of properties.
