RDI Technologies’ patented Motion Amplification® solutions enable reliability and test & measure programs to make faster, safer, and more informed predictive maintenance and design decisions. RDI Technologies developed and patented Motion Amplification® a proprietary camera-based vibration analysis technology measuring deflection, displacement, vibrational relationships, and movement – visualizing motion not visible to the human eye or captured with traditional sensors - all in real time. Non-contact with a full field-of-view, Motion Amplification technology sets up quickly and within minutes turns every pixel in the camera’s view into a sensor capable of measuring vibration or motion with unparalleled levels of accuracy. It can resolve motions as small as <0.01 mils (250 nanometers) at 1 meter and can be performed live on even a modest laptop, making it suitable for a range of applications from product design and testing to field-based machinery fault diagnosis and structural testing.
