HealthcareIT, by designing and implementing the SHIFT Schedule platform that enables networking, tries to update the writing style of nurses' scheduled shifts from traditional paper base method to modern paperless method. Thus, not only the writing of the monthly scheduled shifts of hospital wards will significantly facilitated, but also it will reduce the risk of human error in employing an insufficient number of nursing staff to zero.
