Overview

We are a cross-border, consolidated and on-going cooperation between Italian Avvocati and German Rechtsanwälte. Founder and naming professionals of the Cooperation are the Avvocati and Rechtsanwälte Marco Rampf and Susanna Eichner. The scope of the cooperation is to grant a genuine and professional German-Italian legal support to SME, family-run businesses and entrepreneurs with a specific need of a dedicated cross-border legal advice. Our core advisory activity is focussed on international commercial and contractual law, corporate and compliance, real estate and inheritance as well as international family law. We may also rely on the expertise of our “Of Counsel” colleagues, who provide us with professional support in specific legal questions and branches of the law such as labour and administrative law, tax and fiscal advisory, book-keeping and payroll, judicial litigation as well as the representation before the higher Italian Courts of Justice. Our cooperation model of independent lawyers with their own law firm allows us to focus on specific legal areas for which the individual law firms stand with their expertise and which each of the affiliated law firms can fall back on as required. The resulting lean law firm structures made up of independently acting professionals is of particular benefit to our client, to whom we can offer selective specialist knowledge at fair and balanced conditions.
