RAFL was founded in 1988 under the leadership of Kishor Kumar Katru, the promoter and current Managing Director of the Company.lt is based in western part of Uttar Pradesh and is engaged in providing microfinance and financing /loans for the purchase of two-wheeler and majorly three-wheelers. RAFL has one of the biggest network in western U.P. RAFL is the holding company of RAAS, which is an NBFC-MFl subsidiary of RAFL and provides micro-finance services.
