The Resilience And Innovation Northants (RAIN) project: flood resilience community project led by West Northants Council in partnership with North Northants Council. One of 25 nationwide projects from the Government’s Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation programme. RAIN will be working with communities within the boundaries of two river catchments: Harpers Brook and Wootton Brook to trial flood resilience measures at three different scales: across the catchment, within the community, and at individual property level. #FloodResilience #Community #FloodAware #BeFloodReady #HarpersBrook #WoottonBrook
